• for products and components for the kitchen area –– 12 (twelve) years;
• for countertops –– 4 (four) years.

• if the assembly and installation of the Goods were carried out by Mr.Doors specialists;
• if the customer complied with the rules for the operation of furniture, according to the operating instructions;
• if the customer has the Certificate of acceptance of the Goods and the Certificate of provision of services according to the Specification.

• submit an application contacting the salon or Customer Service through the feedback form on the website;
• the time for consideration of the application is 10 days;
• the time for elimination of deficiencies is 45 days.
